Order number #15200 I ordered since 25th November and still haven’t get any tracking number. Only delay message was sent. So disappointed I needed it as Christmas gift!!! Update: got the watch and hopefully everyone will get it eventually

I waited a month and a half for a watch, which in the end is not that bad. I don't mind waiting, but would be great if I was provided with info on what's going on with my watch. That's my only concern. Watch is amazing, and the material seems very quality. My recommendation to zinvo is to double the price, remove any discounts whatsoever and put more effort into customer service.

Hello, I placed an order on 01/12/19 & all I received was an acknowledgment of the order. No shipping information even today which is 06/12/2019. (payment charged to my credit card - which is successful) On the website, it says you will get an update up to 48 hours on the order for shipping and still got nothing. My order #15666 Can anyone send me tracking information on this order? It meant to be a Christmas present, I hope it is on time this time. This is the 2nd time I order and BOTH time have this sort of delay!
