This company appears to be a SCAM. I placed an order on December 1, 2020, that was supposed to ship within 48 business hours, two weeks later it hasn't even shipped. Emails are ignored, phone number on the website goes to a voice mailbox that hasn't been set up, and the phone number on the google listing gets forwarded to another voicemail without even a company greeting, and even the Chat feature on the website is ignored.

Click on the one-star reviews, and what do you see? My story. Zinvowatches has been sitting on my order for 3 weeks. They have charged my credit card. A certain Vitor even wrote me asking what would drive me to complete my order... Except I already had, and they can't *even* track that... They seem to be a total failure at ebusiness. No reply to the 3 inquiries made. And look at how they stopped caring about people indicating their order to leave them some room to fix things...

I have purchased a watch from Zinvo few days ago, but there is no movement or any indication of order processing. Trying to communicate with them, but unfortunately no response from them at all :( After reviewing the comments here, noticed that all positive reviews are from India and they push bad reviews down in the listing, very few are from US :) will wait to see what will happen with my order. Next few days ......

Bought blade watches with a 30% discount , and now fedex asked me to pay import duty 42£ , if I knew that’s gonna happen ....

i bought my first zinvo watch almost a year ago but now came back for a new design. the customer support is still on a great level!
