I guess I am one of the 3% that doesn't agree with how Zinstall works. I found the video misleading and the instructions contradictory. (Am I supposed to use an Ethernet cable or not?) The customer service -- and I use the term loosely -- is relegated to online chat. If you call their number, you get voice mail with instructions to leave a message. No one called back after repeated attempts. I wanted a refund and received instructions on how to begin. Finally, with admitted help from the online chat person who was rather snarky I was able to navigate through the end. Then was informed that it would take up to 14 days for the refund to be credited. Fourteen days??!! I was told that I was not allowed to speak to the compliance person (Jonathan Hertz) since I was not a "paying customer." Huh? They had my $119, so that would make me a "paid customer." On Friday, I will contact Z(ilch)install if my refund has not gone to my credit card.

Customer seems to have purchased the product with the specific purpose of leaving a negative review after getting a refund. Despite claims of no support, customer has logged 12 separate contacts with support via chat, email and phone, during which the customer has offered different versions of his claims (customer has rejected all answers and attempts to resolve those claims). Full refund of the purchase price has been provided to the customer. All logs of customer's contacts with support and confirmation of full refund have been documented.
