I initially bought the self guided version. I ran into an issue because my new computer has more drives than my old computer. I ended up buying the tech support add on. It was worth it. In about two hours James had the mess I made cleaned up and all the programs, pictures, apps, and data loaded on my new computer and running. All I had to do is re-establish connection with my wireless printers. No regrets. I will use them again.

Transferred, migrated, they call it different things but it works good, so that is the only thing that matters! I have many programs installed on my computer, and huge number of pictures and pictures folders. And now I have them on my new computer, which really is incredible. I think this is a great program although I can't understand how it works. But I see that it does work, and saves a lot of time and a lot of tears spent on lost programs and files if you do not do this correctly or use a correct tool like this one. Zinstall all the way!

Don't know why people could not get 100% satisfactory results from using Zinstall's Migration Pro tool... it worked perfectly in my case, Not once did I have to intervene, once I set my parameters in their opening screens. Their software ran to completion without a glitch! During the migration, their % completed stat was spot on and not a constant 36%, as one reviewer mentioned. If I have a need for another PC to PC transfer, it will be Zinstall that will get my business. Why? Because they delivered what they advertised!

I was pleasantly surprised with Zinstall. I have tried the other migration software. They left a lot to be desired. They left me with quite a mess to clean up. This is not what Zinstall does. The result of the migration was a complete copy of my old computer. The support I got was outstanding. The Zinstall showed a problem with my source computer. I had not known about the problem. Zinstall support worked with me to resolve the problem. The support stayed with me until the migration was complete. I will use Zinstall again, without any reservations.

As an 82 year old, and not very literate in computer matters, I was able to transfer all the files, programmes etc to my new computer without a problem and without professional help. I am most impressed.

I am a computer consultant located in Boise Idaho, USA. I stumbled across your product in a search to transfer my windows 7 environments on my wife and my computer to new windows 10 computers. I was so NOT looking forward to fiddling around with years worth of programs and data. Some programs had been orphaned as I did not have the original source to reinstall on the new computers. The cost was seemingly steep compared to the competitors but I was convinced you were worth the cost (family pack) and took the plunge. I just finished my second transfer last night with no hitches, just like the first one I did for my wife. I always try the risky stuff out on her first because I love her so much... and because my computer is used to generate the family income so if things are going to go bad - ladies first! I am so amazed! I only had to reauthorize my Office 2007 including Outlook, and my old Dreamweaver came over without a hitch. Had to reinstall iTunes but it then linked into all my music after that. It even brought over Live Mail which a number of customers are "stranded in using". Praise the Lord. At least that will give me some breathing room to get them migrated to something with a future. It did not migrate my old Quicken or Quickbooks but I expected that as I read somewhere that it wouldn't do that. Bottom line, I am looking at becoming a partner as there are many potential old customers that need to get from win7 to win10 and this is a great way to do it.

THE Backup I've been looking for. FullBack is just seriously the kind of backup that I wanted. It saves apps, saves favorites, saves emails, saves everything. I have been using it for a while now, 290GB on the computer. No problems so far. It even compresses or something, so it only uses 310 of space after couple month worth of incremental backups, which is another kind of awesome. I think the only suggestion would be to be able to control which backups are saved instead of leaving it up to automation, but it is not that big of a deal. Maybe can be done in a future FullBack. Anyway, gladly recommend it.
