I cannot thank the Zinstall people enough for their patience and support. I am not computer savvy, and needed quite a bit of help, and they were excellent. After several attempts, I was able to transfer all from my old computer to the new!! Thanks again. L. Gall

Seemless transfer, quicker than agents thought it would be. Did several online chat sessions beforehand to be sure I had a handle on the exact protocols to follow. Had to delete old ost files from older outlook on new machine. Worked great. Would purchase again

I'm not very computer literate. I get by but not overly confident. So when I eventually get round to upgrading Vista to Windows 10 ON THE SAME PC then find out it ain't gonna be easy then decided to buy the software that would do it. When it comes with a 43 page set of instructions then decided to pay extra to let the experts do it! Great decision - all my programs, all my files now on Windows 10 without a hitch or headache. Appointment booked in advance then they take over. I would not have managed this on my own. Superb service.

I'm 73yrs old and have very limited computer knowledge. I had Widows 7 and knew it was time to move to windows 10. My main worry was how would I manage with a new computer, I was so use to all the stuff on mine. January 2020 after reading many reviews I purchased Zinstall and believe me it was worth every penny. It does what it says on the tin. If I can do it with such little knowledge and only one screen any one can. Well done Zinstall.

Sometimes computer issues can be painful. Zinstall made my transfer pain free. This is definitely the tool to use when you need The Right Tool to get the job done properly. I only had one minor issue that took 5 minutes for me to remedy with a little help from tech support. They were very responsive. The Zinstall team has great work to be proud of. Well done Zinstall.

It was a relief and cause for celebration when ZINSTALL completed the migration of my apps – with their settings, options, preferences – and my data files to a new PC. After a thorough check, I found everything as it should be on the new system. I notice that the bad reviews of this product are from people who don’t take the time to read and understand instructions. ZINSTALL makes an incredibly complex process transparent to the user, but preparation YOU can do will avoid problems. I contacted Support BEFORE I purchased the product to find out what preparation was advisable before starting the migration process. If you are quite savvy with Windows, I suggest you read their FAQs and, if you still have questions, to contact Support for their advice. I found them very helpful. For anyone who is not savvy with Windows, ZINSTALL offer a package whereby one of their technical people will run a guided migration. My next experience will be to migrate my wife’s system to a new PC with SSD and HDD combination. I am actually looking forward to it!
