I got the Pro fullback version. Had it for 8 months. Windows updates messed up my computer so that it wouldn't even turn on.
Well, Fullback did restore everything! I think only mcafee did not get restored, but with my subscription, that's no big deal.
Got my files back, got my emails back, even go CS. Beautiful.

Excellent package - job done :) :) :) :) :)
Excellent package - I purchased the program and support. I would highly recommend. I have no connection with the company. It worked and I am working. :) :) :) :).
I would recommend moving to a new machine, if an update is due. That way, if things take a few days, not just hours, overall, you can carry on working on the old one - and a new machine pushes the dreaded need to move again into the future. Emails took a while to get sorted - I have a lot of emails!
It was the support that made the difference. They gave me a transfer session and two further sessions to resolve bugs. Staff were helpful intelligent and proactive, clearly were experts in their field, taking pleasure in finding solutions, and easy to interact with remotely.
My system was reasonably complex 400GB - 20 years of emails - quite a number of programs some quite old.
I had tried to migrate on my old machine multiple times and failed. There were errors somewhere and Microsoft tried using a remote session and failed, so I was looking at a total reload on the new machine with all the issues that might throw up, the time and brain power needed to try and do it, etc etc - as a non-techy potentially days of work trying to find solutions - reloading programs etc.
So if you can afford it and have a busy life, and bad previous experiences of fathoming out reloads and backup software that does not work as expected. . . this could be a very good investment, saving time and frustration.
Yes I too read all this glowing reviews and wondered - but based on my experience they are genuine.
Have yourself a relatively pain free transfer (hopefully) to windows 10 and try their complete package . . . you can try and use the software on your own . . . and maybe if things are simple, but for the limited extra cost of support . . .

Zinstall software and support is the best!!!
Recently I purchased a new Hp laptop. I then purchased a Zinstall WinWin license. During the old PC going to the new PC, I aborted the transfer because the new PC hard drive was too small. I returned the PC with a 500gb hard drive and bought another PC with a 1TB hard drive. Started the Zinstall software and got an error on licensing. I ask for help through the Zinstall support via email. Within 15-20 minutes I received an email communicating that my licensing issue has been resolved! I highly recommend this software Zinstall to do just as it advertises and the support gives excellent service. My new PC is up and running all the applications same as before, thank you Zinstall.

Well worth the cost!
Hi. I've been meaning to let someone there know that I used your service Saturday and one of your tech guys set up a transfer for me from my old desktop to a new one and everything went without a hitch. 2Tb of programs, data, files, a ton of video, and over 30,000 .mp3 files all transferred to my new system and I only had to re-enter a license for one of them. Took eight hours but I Had a ton of stuff on the old machine. I have to say I was skeptical going into it, but was very happy with the outcome. Thanks to Zinstall. You made buying a new computer a joy! Rick Daly.

Replace Win 10 was only possible with "migrating"
I had a lot of mistakes using Win 10 Pro. Since I had some rear examples still running I could not just format my C-drive, After moving C to vxd I was able to renew Windows and easily restore everything. 5-Star is less than I should rate.

Works as advertised and great support
It was with some trepidation that I decided to purchase a new Windows 10 machine. I am retired from technical work for 15 years and I know how hard it can be to get everything working on a new computer. My old machine was 9 years old. I had upgraded it to Windows 10 some years ago. After reading reviews on zinstall I decided to try it. I had 100's of gbytes on my old machine . I started zinstall in the evening and, as expected, I could see that it was going to take a while. I followed the programs directions and went to bed. Checking in the morning I found a message that it had successfully completed. Now to check if everything did successfully transfer. I was dismayed to discover that I could not find my emails. I sent a message to the support people at zinstall. They responded within an hour with an email linking me to an archive of a Windows Live setup file. It seems that Microsoft had quit supporting Windows Live Mail years ago. My bad for not keeping my system up to date. I ran the link that was in the email and Windows Live was functional and all my emails and contacts were visible . Thanks, Zinstall for making this painless.

Hello you guys
Hello you guys! Just a quick note to let you know that WinWin worked perfectly once I disabled the firewalls. That is the most amazing piece of software I have ever seen. It truly did transfer everything from my old machine to the new one. The support I got from Zinstall was just wonderful and helped me get past an initial purchase problem with a reseller. I can't tell enough people what a terrific product and company this is...just outstanding customer service. You guys are golden!

I've done my fair share of migrating between PC 's. Couldn't be happier!
I've done my fair share of migrating between computers. It's really time consuming; i.e., reinstalling all the software and data files as most of you already know. Then I ran across an ad for Zinstall which promised it could do the migration without all the bother. I had 2 PC's, a Windows 7 and a Windows 8.1, that were getting long in the tooth and it was about time to upgrade to Windows 10. I bought 2 Windows 10 Pro computers, used from eBay, both with 500GB SSD and 2TB hard drives.
I ordered 2 Zinstall's and gave it a try. I tried doing it wirelessly first but it was obvious that it was going to be slow. So I did the LAN cable direct connection. I could not get it to work. I contacted Zinstall and they replied immediately. I ran the scan of both computers as recommended and sent it to Zinstall. Zinstall replied the very next day and told me that my LAN adapter on the my old computer was not working. Following their recommendations, I fixed that through Device Manager. It worked!! Now, it is not a fast process because and you will have to wait about 4-6 hours as all the programs, apps, and data are transferred. BUT that is all you have to do.
But this is the amazing part...this was my wife's computer and she is not organized. She uses her computer for work (real estate and loans) and social media. She had programs, files, docs all over the place. So at first glance, it's a mess but she knows where everything is. This is what I dreaded doing. Trying to reconstruct her old computer on her new computer. Zinstall installed her old computer on to her new computer and maintained everything the way she was used to including all the docs, pictures, etc. stored on Desktop. She was up and running in no time at all. I had my fingers crossed the whole time. I could not be happier with the results and worth every penny spent for Zinstall
The second computer migration went smoothly without a hitch.
Zinstall is worth it and the customer service support is excellent!
