Dec 12.2021 Karin Nikischer It was time to transfer from my 10 year old ASUS to a new laptop. Just thinking about the last transfer I remembered the problem I had to re reinstall my programs! I started searching the internet and came across the transfer program of Easy ZINSTALL. I was reading everything twice and connected with one of the technicians, making sure I got the right transfer program. The morning of the transfer it was Dennis A. who started with; Hi Karin, can I have a code for the new laptop please? I had been given all the instructions before we began. I could not believe how smooth the transfer went from start to finish! A few issues came up since my old ASUS with the first update of windows 10, was not compatible with my new laptop, but Dennis just kept working his magic informing me through the open chat. The only problem we had was with Microsoft who kept refusing my passwords asking me to change them. Dennis was persistent and overcame all the bumps on the road. He was responsive and knew what to do when there was an issue. It took many hours to migrate to my new laptop, but it worked like a charm. Many programs with video and music files, plus all passwords and Desktop, were kept in order using the transfer program of EASY ZINSTALL! What blew me away was the politeness Dennis A showed, throughout the many hours he was working to finish the transfer. Dennis A, went beyond his call of duty and I recommend him and the company highly to anyone who is looking for this type of service. Thank you Dennis A.

It seems today that products are rarely what they are advertised to be. Your software does just what you claim it will do. Had to find and enter software keys for Office and Word Perfect and fix two shortcuts. Compared to the nightmare of moving files and reinstalling software and reconstructing a desktop, this was a "nothing burger." Amazing. Thank you.

If there were more stars I would award them. The program worked perfectly to move everything from my old to new laptops. A few very minor tweaks were needed but otherwise everything transferred.

Program stopped at Windows version comparison. The source PC had been on the Windows Insider program, so it had a later version number. I emailed Zinstall support and got an almost instant reply, which led to a simple registry edit that allowed the program to complete. Time was less than I expected, and quality of transfer was better. I have used two other transfer programs in the past, and neither was as good as Zinstall. It will be my GoTo program now.

I migrated to a new system over the weekend to avoid disrupting business. I had some early problems (Windows updates needed, antivirus software stopping transfer), but i got very fast response to these problems from customer support--and on both Saturday and Sunday! Excellent support!

I was amazed and ultimately thankful for such an amazing way to transfer my older computer to a new one. Words can not tell how much this "Easy" transfer helped me save thou$ands in programs that I no longer have access to and files that just cant be duplicated. Thank You Zinstall Miguel A Lavin

Worked like a charm going from a Win7 to a Win10 machine. The only glitch was my fault--I left a backup drive attached to the Win 7 machine, and Zinstall created an additional drive on the new machine for it. I shot a quick note to Zinstall, and they told me hoe to delete. I'm sure I'll be using this the next time I move to a newer machine.

Thank you for saving me hours of work in transferring all my files and programs to my new laptop! Once ZINSTALL was finished even my password app was transferred intact along with all my shortcuts. Thanks again! Your programs was well worth the investment.
