It is really scary to move computer data, but zinstall win win moved it all with no problem. You do need to remove your firewalls though.

I have only had incredible experiences with the company. You will not find any better customer care service anywhere. This program is very easy to use and it gives you a confidence that you will not believe. I was hit with ransomware a few years ago and I was panicked. I got through to the customer service department, they walked me through what to do and my computer was backed up to before the ransomware hit. No issues of any ransomware at all and I was back in business. I then realized how powerful this program is and I how easy it is to use, you do NOT have to be a computer tech or even had a lot of computer knowledge to work their Amazing software. Customer service will always call you back and the will not leave you hanging ever. They stick with you until you problem is resolved. If nothing else try there Zinstall program and you will not want to be with out Zinstall ever. I will not and that's for sure.

You have a very nice product. Transfer went smooth as silk! Started yesterday evening and left it running. This morning it had finished and everything is like it never left the old pc. Well worth the cost compared to doing it manually and re-installing individual programs that in the past has required a lot days and time.

I tried another product before this one that basically copied 'My Documents' - I could have done that with a USB drive myself. So then I got Zinstall, and it did EXACTLY what I needed - take an older laptop that had installed software and configurations that had taken me a long time to set up, and transfer all that to a brand new laptop. Everything worked immediately on the new laptop. It would have taken me dozens of hours to install from scratch and reconfigure - if I could even find my all my install DVDs. I doubt I could have gotten everything working on a new laptop without your software. I just wish I had purchased it before the other, cheaper software that just copied user files (EaseUS Todo PCTrans).

My old laptop was starting to show the blue screen of death, so I purchased a new laptop. Old one was running Windows 7 Pro and was 8 or 9 years old. My new laptop is running Windows 11. I have hundreds if not thousands of files and folders on my old laptop that I really wanted to keep and move to my new one. I knew that I could drag and drop each one, but that would have taken weeks if not months. After a search I found Zinstall. I was scared to death to try this, figuring that I would mess things up. Did I mention that I'm only a week away from my 68th birthday, so youth is not on my side. I decided to bite the bullet and pay for Zinstall. All it took was a couple of clicks and a few hours and my old laptop was now on my new one. All my files, folders, bookmarks, contacts and passwords were now available to me. I can't tell you how relieved I was when that all happened, and how easy it really was. I can't recommend this program and more highly. I also had to contact customer service for an issue that was my fault and they were quick to respond and walked me through the steps I needed to fix my issue. They even told me the run commands I needed to use and where to use them, which is something I've rarely done. I highly recommend this program, especially to those with minimal computer knowledge.

Just wanted to say thanks to Sam and Daniel. Had another glitch with the Processor (my mistake) but got a Ryzen 5 Pro 4650G and worked. I downloaded Zinstall made the transfer and sent this email from my new computer. Thanks for all the help-- it was why I went with Zinstall and was very satisfied.

Excellent program! Far exceeded my expectations. Easiest computer upgrade I have ever done. No worry about find installation disks. The Migration Kit Pro handled transferring from my 500G HD to the configuration of a smaller SSD and large data drive. Support was quick and excellent for a few minor glitches that I had. Highly recommend the product.

New Dell computer. Downloaded Zinstall Pro. Sam, Jamie and Kyle, thru emails, walked me thru step-by-step the migration process. I'm 81 and not real computer savvy but they were very patient and knew how to explain so I could understand. It took several emails but they stuck with me. I'm up and running and I love it.! I'd recommend Zinstall for anyone who is not techy. I could have never figured it out on my own.
