Gen was so attentive and so kind and understanding. Absolutely PHENEOMEL experience. My glasses broke and I was able to send pictures of them in the chat (very uncommon to have access to that feature with any customer service live chats) and it was just amazing. I am beyond words. Thank you SO much Gen, and Zinff. GIVE GEN A RAISE!!!
