Not a fan. My listing gets buried underneath hundreds of others and I barely receive any call backs. I've reduced the price twice now.

I listed my property on Zillow. Don't you do it. There is zero customer service! I uploaded my lease for a tenant to sign. The docu sign wasn't working properly. The tenant was finally able to sign it. Then when it was time for me to sign it I received a notification from Zillow the lease is ready to sign. I couldn't sign it. I tried for days and 3 requests sent through their help center. Zillow is too big and there needs to be a better option. I will NEVER use this company again. You cannot speak to a live person nor do I trust them since they started charging consumers.

I have a well maintained 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home, with pool, that Zillow had low priced at $304,512 in August of 2020. In September 2020, they dropped it's estimate to $246,112. My problem is, they are setting low market prices - with no recourse. They say it's only an estimate, but the truth is you now half to go to extraordinary lengths to prove they are wrong. They do this with no requirement to explain or justify their actions. For most folks, a home purchase is their single highest investment/purchase. What are folks to do when a big unapproachable entity publicly devalues their retirement savings by 19% over the course of just 30 days? Keep in mind this is real estate, not the stock market.

My wife and I have bought and sold quite a number of properties in the last 50 years, obviously we have met many agents. Most of them are very good, but Amir Taba stands out as highly recommendable. He set a time table and moved everything efficiently, kept us informed on key issues and responds quickly to any questions we have .Without much effort on our own, we sold the property at an ideal price within a month. That's why if we ever need to sell a property in the future, we would certainly check with Amir first.

Good tool for starting your search. Price estimates are not too accurate but sort of give you an idea.

Totally inaccurate information The information is never updated and never current. I never rely on Zillow when looking for a home.

We put up a rental listing. Found a tenant with ok credit score report. Used Zillow’s lease agreement. However it turned out to be a nightmare. Bad tenant and when I contacted Zillow to see if I can leave the tenants review to alarm other landlord, they didn’t respond quickly. It took them 10+ days to respond. Same as when I had leasing agreement questions. It was free services I used, i wonder maybe you paid for their upgraded services, they will take your request more seriously.
