Website displays warehouse in Brisbane, AU stock, my Items sent on a slow boat from China, paid extra for delivery, items still not received.

Ordered a hopup with express postage only to receive normal china post.
Ordered a hopup with express postage, was told several days after purchase that it was no longer in stock and a new one was released, I agreed to that one and waited a few more days, never received a tracking number etc, when I asked for one I was told it was coming from china? I paid for express shipping and you where planning to send it via normal china post which is quite deceitful. Cancelled my order and won’t be shopping with you in the future, you have lost a repeat customer. Thanks for your time.

I understand that the products or some…
I understand that the products or some of the products have to be shipped in from overseas but once it gets sent internally (domestic) if its when purchased was selected as express shipping it would be nice if it was actually sent as express not as standard shipping, product took longer to get to destination than expected.
