Bought a few things for my ACR/R gel blaster, a few items didn’t fit and after an email with a few photos, a refund on those bits was offered. Really good customer service, happy to recommend them and will buy again in the future.

Initially had a postal issue that was no fault of the store and they have since sorted out all my issues and given me a refund for items as soon as i messaged them. Great customer service guys! i like.

Poor tracking service, slow transit (yes I understand covid has something go do with it) I am yet to receive product from you so I can't say anything about quality of product. So why I'm receiving a survey to rate you, based on limited information I have is also confusing. I hope I can increase this star rating in the future.

Awsome to deal with, advice, help and knowledge was outstanding, service is just spot on, put a few orders through now and will continue todo so. The only downside is of no fault of there own, is the postage, due to the circumstances has taken 6 to 8 weeks😢 other than that, excellent.

I would give you a 0 but cant.... you take way too long to ship things and don't tell me it's because of Covid. I work for a shipping company and we still get stuff sent out. Will NEVER buy from you again.

The ordering process was seamless. Prices are great, especially the items on "sale"! Delivery can be a bit CoVid-19 slow but that was to be expected. Could have had better tracking and communication to update the customer on where the order is at, rather than simply chasing a review (when the items have not even been received yet) All in all, everything I ordered arrived safely so no real complaints...
