I have not received my goods yet.

I have been waiting for my items since November 2020. UK stock has arrived in the warehouse (apparently) so my items should have really been shipped by now. I have been promised a free blaster too and request that to be shipped with my items. Apparently, they are focusing on AUS users first, then UK user orders but when you have been waiting 4 months, I expect some form of empathy. I have been given no shipping details or anything of the sort. Edit: Fake tracking number given to me by Zhenduo which is the same as other users and now Zhenduo are no longer replying to me. It's laughable at this point.

Been waiting since Feb for my order, still havnt had a date for delivery or any kind of update. Emailed and was asked for my ref number to then not have any email back. My mother in law ordered the same day and they sent her the gel bullets with no gun. She emailed them and they sent her a link to track her package which sent her to a fake royal website trying to get her card details. I will be requesting my money back in the morning. Glad I payed by PayPal. Replying to your response. It is not in transit. As you told me another two weeks 2 days ago. There is also no tracking saying it is in transit!! Another update as you can all see that they claimed the order to arrive in a couple of days. Well it still has not arrived. They take your money and don't deliver or they tell you it has arrived when it hasnt. Need shutting down!
