I am pleased with Z-Grills. The order was processed easily. Shipping was great. Well packed in order for the product to arrive without damage. Victoria used the product for about 25 times before the product needed a repair. I phoned Z-Grills and experienced a productive return policy. Z-Grills stood behind their product. I went with four stars because the customer service people took a little too long at identifying the problem. But, once when the problem was recognized, I received total support. Thank you Ms. M. I suppose we cannot mention full name. So, I go with Ms. M. Thank you again. Ronnie

I ordered the blind box and was a little disappointed that I didn't get a higher end smoker. The assembly went fairly well; I had a little trouble with leg orientation & the wheels seem a little cheap. I haven't cooked on it yet but I have tested to see if it maintained set temperature. It rain a little hot, e.g. I set it at 225 degrees & it maintained at about 250 degrees

I am leaving my feedback specific to customer service received. I placed a blind box order and was anxiously waiting for my first Z Grill ever. The first thing I noticed was the top of the box was covered in dust, I had brought this up on my complaints but it was never discussed/resolved. Additionally I had damage to multiple pieces. The most damaging was to the handle of the grill. At some point the box was dropped with this side down causing multiple pieces to become damaged and eventually not functioning properly. I received my grill in late morning on a Friday and immediately called customer service. But instead of someone answering the phone, I had to leave a message. The actual message was never returned to me. I also emailed their support team which I did not receive a response back for 14 hours. During this time someone from Z Grills reached out to me via Facebook messenger as well, which eventually led to some progress. Long story short if you have issues with these products remain vigilant, persistent, and patient. There are levels to their customer service and when you finally get to the right person they can handle the issue appropriately. At the end of the day they took care of my problem and offered me a completely fair resolution. Unfortunately I am left without a fully functional, non damaged product. I really was looking forward to using this grill and cannot. I am very hesitant about ordering again online because I do not trust their shipping process. I am considering visiting the big box store instead so I can see exactly what I am getting into. Bottom line is their customer service will take care of issues, I wish I could give positive opinions about the product itself.

I have had an excellent experience with ZGrills to date. I will say there was some delay in the shipping which was confusing, but with a little patience everything did work out and I received my Blind Box grill. Building it took me a little longer than stated (about 2 hours) but I am very meticulous, and I was happy with the way it went together. Everything fit perfectly, and the instructions were very good. Now- to the real test - I cooked for the 1st time yesterday (after going through all the initial startup procedures, which all went exactly as explained in the manual) . Food came out great! Temperature control was a bit hectic (set at 225 and it varied from about 230-300 during my approx 2 hour cook time) but there are enough settings so that I am confident I will be able to work that out as I try different foods and settings. Overall I am very happy with my new ZGrill, and I would recommend to others. Going with 4 stars due to the temperature variation - plus, there is always room for improvement for everyone! Also - as a note - I have communicated with customer support with questions and they have always gotten back to me in a timely manner and been helpful.

The grill itself has been pretty good so far. Had one small issue with the auger pellets igniting when going from high to shut off. Stepping down to 250° then shut off seemed to help that. The only reason for less than 5 stars is because the cover it came with is terrible quality. It ripped in the first month and within two months is was sun faded. Now 6 months later the cover is completely sun bleached on the top. For what you pay for this grill it gets the job done.

I absolutely enjoy using my new 450 Pro. Smoked a pork butt last night as a matter of fact.  The downside to your product is not the unit or the accessories. It's your lending partner Affirm. The managed to take the first of three payments of the main unit but since then have been unable to access remaining payments. They also were unable to take any of the payments on the accessory I purchased which was the thermal blanket I called they gave me total payment payoff I wrote them two separate checks they cleared and they keep sending me emails that I still owe them money I've tried talking to them and they are impossible to deal with. This grill is fantastic. Smoked a couple of briskets and a bunch of chicken over the past 6 weeks. I had one pellet feed issue that added an hour to my 13 hour brisket but the end result more than made up. I took off one star because I get more fat run off than the channel can handle which leaks into the bottom and onto deck, but that could be due to the tin foil cover suggest to make clean up easier. I may switch to cooking spray instead. Still extremely happy with pellet consumption, hopper size, and heat control. Now the wife wants smoked chicken every other day...

Love my Z Grill, Saving money on pellets, and heats up fast. Only real negative. It would have been good if could sear without having to remove the whole heating plate.
