So far so good, and as advertised. No big temp fluctuating after initial warm up. Has worked well with the app so far. Great smoke flavor and will cold smoke. Will still have to remove grates and heat deflector to vacuum ash out of the fire pot, the easy ash clean out is only under the barrel.

Nothing but high praise for the way my concerns were addressed. Although the grill did not work when purchased, the problem was quickly diagnosed and new part provided in a timely manner. Alice Qiu, you are the best in helping me resolving the issue and making me a fan of Z grillS. I highly recommend the Z grillS and voiced my opinions to others. Thanks for having Alice on board.

My smoker gave me an error code that I didn’t have the slightest idea why so I sent Z-Grills an email. They quickly diagnosed the problem and sent me out a replacement part that got me going again in just a few days. Z-Grills customer service not only met my expectations but went far above and that is unheard of in 2025. Their smoker has been worth every penny.
