Received my grill last night 12/6/22. found the lid and the chamber to be damaged. I emailed you right away. that was at 6:30pm. I also called a left a message. I got an email at 2:30am telling me to hammer out the dent in the hood because a replacement is on a two month B/O. or A $50 credit or 2 bags of pellets or I can wait on the lid. I answered the email and I also called and still have not had a response back. I called and left voicemail. I emailed. NOTHING BACK. Update. They finally got back to me. Customer service must be based in a different country. They are sending replacement parts.

I purchased a blind box recently. The box with my ZGrill model ZPG-550B2 arrived faster than I expected. The instructions for putting the grill together was pretty good. I have cooked on it and find it holds the temp with 5 - 8 degrees. I am pleased with my purchase and look forward to using it for many years. Jim

I just received mine and put it together. Extremely well packaged, very easy to put together and extremely well built with very fast shipping!I haven’t used it yet but if it works as good as the rest of my experience with the Z grill, I am sure that it will work fabulous

Had dents in the bottom shelf and rear left leg but my husband fixed the leg so we could put the leg cover on. Other than that glad I got one with a side and bottom shelf!

Wife and I decided to purchase the Z Grill blind box. Was able to assemble myself in 45 mins or so. Followed instructions for burn in, have had chicken hindquarters and spareribs on the grill and we are very happy with the 550B we received. My only hitch is trying to get the free rain cover, jumping through hoops trying to get. Working with customer service

I participated in the Blind Box promotion. Knowing full well I would likely get the lowest end smoker, which I did. Not a problem I still was excited for it. I received two identical legs for the smoker rendering it useless, due to the shipping issues currently I was not able to receive a new leg for several weeks. However, customer service was excellent at handling things very professionally and speedily, despite things being out of their control.
