Z GrillsReviews of zgrills.com

I love my Z Grill when I unboxed it and saw that they sent me a 550-B2 it made me feel really good considering I took a chance on the blind box. These grills are great holding a constant temperature makes it great when grilling so you don't have to keep on checking to see if you are burning the stakes or what ever you are grilling. Keep up make in a great product like you have.

Received my blind box grills, ZPG-6002B3 .shipping box had a little damage but no damage to grills, very easy to complete assembly. Can't wait to try out this weekend as soon as I pick up some pellets I plan on trying a new recipe for pastrami.

This purchase has been a great experience with no regrets whatsoever. I've had a multiple of hectic assemblies of bicycles and furniture in my life as a husband and dad. But w/ my Z-Grill 600D, the box was packed solid either w/ foam and cardboard fully protecting all of the parts. And, the wife was so pleased to see how everything was marked w/ labels to identify each part so no mistake can be made. I often have parts leftover w/ previous projects. I also appreciated that it included the perfect fit screwdriver and wrench to fasten it all together along w/ protective gloves... very nice touch. Understand, it was Saturday morning and college football started in a few hours. So, I went w/ smoked wings for my first trial and they were easy and fantastic... the apple wood smoke flavor was so perfect. Again, this purchase was a wonderful experience... and, no parts leftover.

Customer service like I have never experienced!!! After having a power problem they were patient with me and my emails. They continued to work with me and always responded in a timely manner(I think sometimes on evenings and weekends). They worked tirelessly with me until I was back to cooking on my smoker. Best Customer service!!!!

We recently bought a Z Grill from an auction site and it was missing a leg. I offered to pay Z Grills for a replacement part or at least the shipping and they said no need, they got it! They sent the new leg out today!! Way to go above and beyond in their customer service!!

This is my first pellet grill and I'm amazed at how easy it was to assemble. Better yet, how it smokes and grills! I grilled some burgers and dogs first with the hickory pellets. They were delicious...nice smoky flavor without being too heavy. The next day I smoked a brisket. Once seasoned, the smoker was easy to use, and the two probes made it so easy to keep an eye on the temperature. The brisket came out fabulous. The customer service is outstanding. They are very helpfull and easy to contact. I highly recommend the Z Grill!

Decided to give one of the Zgrill Blind Boxes a chance. Overall build quality is very good and assembly while a lot of steps is not complicated. The model I recieved was in the middle of the range of grills that you could potentially get so they do not just send everyone the cheapest unit. Once assembled the fit and finish of the grill is outstanding! Very satisfied customer!

I was hesitant to make such a large purchase online and especially nervous when I had a problem, but the folks at ZGrills were amazing. They responded to my telephone message promptly and courteously. When the issue could not be corrected over the phone, they replaced the part promptly and without question. The grill is perfect. I've smoked ribs, brisket and chicken and it works flawlessly. It holds a consistent temperature from 180° - 350°, which is the highest setting I've used to date. I couldn't be happier with the product and the customer service.
