I just received my ZGrill the other day and was excited to see how it performed, compared to my Weber charcoal smoker. The ease of use, quality of workmanship and most of all, the flavor of the meats are exceptional! I have a host of ideas for meals I plan to cook on this versatile cooker. Glad i made the purchase!!

I bought a Z grill two years ago (model 450a). I have now smoked just about every meat possible on it and I can honestly say it still LOOKS and COOKS great. Would highly recommend.

We have had a pit boss, green mountain, and have used our friend’s Traeger and have now had our Zgrill for 2 years. It is by far our favorite! We have even convinced my mother law to get one. We’ve had a couple of component issues but overall the grill is amazing! Alice with customer service has been absolutely amazing with helping us figure out what is wrong and helps us get our smoker back up and running quickly. They truly have the best customer service and smokers! Highly recommend, you won’t regret it!

Great customer service. Electronic controller malfunctioned. Got a hold of customer service, was expedited a new one via FedX plus a free bag of pellets.

After much research Z GRILLS has so many positive reviews compared to others. I did my homework and so glad i chose Z GRILLS. I ordered online and in 2 days my grill was here. Wasn't expecting for atleast 3 more days. No damage to box and in several hours i had it together and followed initial startup to a T. No problems with the grill so next i made our first meal and very impressed with the outcome. I placed an order for pellets and it arrived in 2 days. In my experience they really do take customer service to the next level. And by the way this is my first pellet grill, always used a firewood or chacoal grill/smoker. Very pleased and cannot wait to smoke a brisket. Thank you very much Z GRILLS!!!!

I have owned a Tregar, Smoke Chief, and now a Z Grill. The Z Grill is the superior smoke grill. Sturdy, consistent, a n d affordable. I am retired and chose to live an RV lifestyle using my ZGrill as my oven and grill... I depend on it to save me from the heat of the oven in my rv. AND I hate using propain for cooking! ZGrills wheels made it easy to load and unload from my RVs garage. What broke ZGrill apart in superiority was the customer service I recieved when an issue arrised with my Z Grill. I emailed them at least a dozen times with my issue and they responded with me each time no later than 1 day to help me. They also have "how to", "WITH STEP BY STEP PICTURES" info on-line when having to repair anything making it that much easier and faster! Thank you Everyone at Z Grill for making this pain free and easy! Sally, on the Colorado River for a moment.

Just received my Z Grill 550B2 in a blind box purchase.Everything arrived in great shape and it was professionally packaged.Instructions were well written and easy to assemble.Initial start up was not a let down ,auger worked as should , air fan ,igniter and heating elements are all in excellent working order. 10lb hopper is just right for my cooking needs and the grill looks great and sturdy.Inquired with customer service about receiving a grill cover and they responded back quickly with helpful information on how to get one.Looking forward to enjoying multiple cooking experiences.Ultimately the 550B2 is a great Grill!

I ordered the Multitasker 11002B. To say I'm pleased with this purchase would be an understatement. They've built a high quality pellet smoker. This replaced a Camp Chief Woodwind that I had for years (still worked) but I saw theirs's online and read the reviews and decided to purchase the new WI Fi model. I've cooked on it a number of times ( we're in winter remember) and the double walled construction really pays off. I had purchased high temp tape to seal around the lid, not realizing that they had already installed it when built, another quality touch. I could go on about the heavy duty construction but it's all about the cook. The temperature holding ability is outstanding and that in turn leads to a great cooking experience. Over all a out standing value. I'm glad I purchased it.
