I purchased my Zgrill 700 in April of 2022. The pellet smoker was working flawlessly until it wasn’t. The smoker shut off in the middle of a long overnight smoking session. After troubleshooting, I contacted Zgrill letting them know all the steps I had taken. After a couple of emails back and forth with Alice from customer support, we figured out it was likely the controller. Alice said they would send me a new hopper burner assembly. She said when I received and installed, if it did not work, then it would be an issue with the probe and to reach back out to them. All I expected was the new controller, which I would have to replace. Nope! They sent me the whole unit to the left of the smoke chamber minus the lid and top part of the pellet box. I installed everything, hooked it all up and I am back in business! Great product and GREAT customer service! Thanks Zgrills! Thanks Alice!

I purchased the z-smoker from a local dealer, package arrived and was well packed, assembly took about an hour by myself. Fired it up and followed the instructions to a T. Threw a few racks of ribs on the following Sunday, after five hour smoke, the ribs looks amazing but felt odd, cut them open and the meat was tempt just above 80 degrees. I attempted to go through the local dealer and they refused to do anything since it had food on it. I sent z-grill an email and that night had a response. They asked several questions and then sent me a control panel. Easy swap out, and the smoker has held temperature and is with in 10 degrees of the dial setting. Best customer service experience I have had. Easy to work with, simple request, the only issue was uploading video as the service here doesn’t allow for long videos, but they diagnosed the problem from the video, need to include sound. Hopefully I will not need another smoker anytime soon, but I will be back as they take care of their customers, zero rating to five, maybe they should sell their customer service model also, I will recommend their products for along time!

They where prompt to return my email. had a couple of other question. Had my part sent to me in three days. Hopefully that takes care of my problem. Part not here yet. But top notch tech support
