I've been grilling/smoking for a couple of decades. I've had charcoal,propane,stick burner, and decided it's time to give a pellet a try. ZGrills was running the promotion of buying 1 get ten free over 50 years. I've only used a few times but so far I am happy with the convenience of a pellet grill. I added smoke tubes for the added flavor. It's not as good as using my stick burner but I'm not spending hours controlling and watching the temps. The food has been very good that I've grilled and smoked so far. Quality is good and my grill has wifi and so far no issues. I am an Android user and see others have had problems. I would recommend Zgrills but if you want strong smoke flavor it might not be for you.

I like the 10 for 1 promo. Lets pray they are still around that long....It has a little less smoke production than what I would like but the ease of use and overall value are there. I tried to get some of the brand specific pellets but they were out of stock and also the pricing is pretty high compared to others.

I’ve only had my smoker for about a month, but I’ve had no problems with it. I feel like it holds better smoke flavor than my previous smoker. Shipping was fairly fast, but they did ship the main part of the smoker And some of the components in separate boxes in separate days. I believe this is a good purchase for the price. My smoker seems to hold temperature well in the company seems to be reliable.

I bought the 600D3E and overall the grill is good and smokes the meat well, but a few things keep it from being 5 stars. First, the English on the instructions was very broken. Second, smoke escapes from the sides and actually discolors the side attachments, which is bad design. Third, the construction of the drip pan makes it hard to cover with aluminum foil, as the directions suggest.

Bought the 1 for 10 7002C2E, not sure how the deal will work and most likely will take the early out option in 2-3 years, just case zGrill isn't around in 5-10 years. Assembly was not to difficult-about 1 hour, 2 people would have speeded it up. Did burn in and first cook was a whole chicken. Came out good, although the skin in definitely rubbery when smoked. But chicken was moist and favorful for first smoke. Ramped it up for next cook and did a 16 hr pork butt, 3 racks of ribs and a turkey breast. The wifi was my best decision, next was 28 lb hopper. Low and slow overnight and kept checking my phone to make sure temps were where they were supposed to be. Everything in 2nd smoke came out great, especially injected turkey breast. Overall good value smoker. Pro's: Wifi, stable/accurate temp, 2 probes. Con's: Ash clean out, hopper feed and empty design, temp control does not have a good dial/specific setting. Hoping me and zGrill are around long enough to receive 10 grills.

WE love our fire Z grill we bought 3 -4 years ago, finally had to replace it , pellets kept jamming and popping our outlet, ordered the mystery box, was disappointed in that , we should have just bought the one we wanted, and not took the gamble. Love our z grills

I got a flagship 700D3 and it is well constructed holds the tempature great went togather fairly easy the only problem that I had is the Fed Ex delivery they use kept lying to me about the delivery but Z Grills tried to help and get it to me cooked pork chops and hamburgers aand cooking beef short ribs with it and am loving my first ever pellet grill

Will have to give them credit for not wasting space for shipping. My10502B was packed so well it took longer unpacking than it did to assemble. Definitely ordering the thermal blanket, because the only thing I don't like is the amount of pellet it uses to run overnight in winter in KY. Also had just a slight issue with the wind causing slow start
