I NEEDED A REPLACEMENT PART BECAUSE OF HOW MUCH I USE THE GRILL. WILLING TO BUY IT BUT WAS SENT TO ME AT NO CHARGE, VERY IMPRESSIVE. I NOW OWN TWO GRILLS ONE LARGER THAN THE OTHER. I LOVE THESE GRILLS BECAUSE OF THE EXCELLENT TEMPERATURE CONTROL.

I have the 550B and I just love it. The only issues I have had with my Z grill are issues of my own making. I have found that the shutting down and starting must follow the shutting down and starting up, the sequence must be followed. Also, simple preventive Maintenace prevents problems. After 2 to 3 racks of ribs and porkbutt, I pull out the inside components and get my small shop vac and clean out all the ash in the fire box, cause if there's too much ash then there's not enough room the pellet to do its job. This Sunday I'm doing the Turkey for our churches Thanksgiving dinner.

While new to smoker grills, I purchased the 450B because it's sized right for me. Delivered timely, direct from Z grills, easy assemble, controller is remarkable. I have friends with different brands, their temp. control is not as good. The smoke flavor has been awesome, because I select the pellets. Best deal on the market for me.

My Z Grill 7002c2e arrived in less than a week. It wasn't hard to put together but does take a few hours! I did my seasoned burn and the next day I was ready to smoke! The digital controls are awesome and the smoker keeps the temperature perfectly! My first ribs came out awesome! When I was putting the grill together I noticed the warming rack was damaged so I contacted customer service and they were awesome! I received a new warming rack in 3 days. I have also amoked a 4 pound bacon wrapped pork tender loin. I have to say for a beginner it came out great! So far I couldn't be happier with my new Z Grill!!!

I ordered my Z Grills pellet grill from Lowe's as a one day deal. That meant it had to be shipped to the store. It arrived within a week from their warehouse and I got it home. When I unpacked it the next morning I immediately noticed shipping damage, the barrel (they call it the chamber) was severely bent. So much so that it wouldn't take the lid and the grates wouldn't have been level and flat. I found customer service and sent an email with pictures of the damage. Those guys didn't flinch. I received a new grilling chamber in three days and yesterday I assembled my new grill. It worked perfectly, I did the seasoning burn in and cleaned it up before evening. This afternoon I cooked on it for the first time and I'm hooked. I can't wait to see how the smoker setting works on it. I'm retiring my propane gas grill and I may have just found my new BFF (backyard best friend!) But seriously, Z Grills came through like champions with their quick customer service. I'm very pleased with their promptness and reliability.

Extremely responsive to my messages. I had an issue with my temperature gauge and they worked to send me a replacement. Very friendly and helpful. All you can ask for from a company.

I can honestly say that Z-Grills has the best customer service department I’ve ever dealt with. My ZPG700C developed a problem maintaining temperatures and Alice in customer service sent me several replacement parts and within a short time, my Z-Grill was smoking again as good as new. When it’s time for us to upgrade, Z-Grills will be the top choice for our next Pellet Grill. Their Quality and prices can’t be beat. Thank you “Z”
