I’ve had my Zgrill for several years and it has been great(I love it) I smoke ribs every week.
I had some questions about my grill and wanted to replace a part. Kiesha in customer service was and is amazing, she was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

If I could post a higher review than Trustpilot makes available, I would! My reasons for wanting to do so are two fold: 1) First and foremost, Z Grills' products are exceptionally designed, engineered and manufactured and, in my opinion, are a superior alternative to other major brands while providing comparable features for appreciably less! 2) Extra mile customer service which blows the doors off anything previously experienced from an online merchant. So, for serious price-minded shoppers of quality pellet grills, allow me to recommend the benefits that Z Grills offers!

The company was easy to evaluate and send warranty parts in a very timely way I deeply appreciate the responsive texts andcemails.Mt Grill was repaired and running with new parts in a matter of 2 weeks. 11002b smoker is the best out right now
Have had my 11002b for almost 3 yrs and have absolutely loved it. Holds temp good and a surprising result of this model being double wall insulated it smokes much faster than any I have seen with the same results. I have even started to cater with it. Had a problem with controller board screen cover cracking but got sent one under warranty in a timely manner. I have had it in the sun and uncovered the whole time and this is the only issue I've had. Still worked good just got moisture under the cover making it hard to see during the day. But I can't blame them for that, that's on me. I've smoked just about anything you can think on it and when cooking at higher temps you still get the wonderful wood fired flavor. My buddy has the traeger ironwood and because of mine he is selling his and getting a zgrill instead. Awesome product for the money. Don't fall for the name brand prices when they are not any better. 2nd smoker from them I've had and neither has ever failed to do what I asked of them.

Great Pellet Grill
I’ve had my Z Grill for just over a year - did a ton of research before pulling the trigger on my first pellet grill and went off the recommendation of a buddy who liked his. I have not been disappointed - it holds temperature well (even when I have a second temp probe to monitor what it says on the screen) and is easy to take apart and clean. Would recommend for anyone looking for a well made pellet grill built to last.

I love it
I ordered this pellet grill on September 15th from Fingerhut and received it on September 22nd, got It from Fingerhut with no payments till November, needed a new pellet grill cause my old pellet grill i had quit working, cause 3 times in July it rained heavy, I left it uncovered with pellets in it, the pellets got wet and turned to saw dust and got packed together and made my grill not work after I cleaned it out, and I didn't won't to buy a new hopper for it to fix it, cause a hopper for it cost as much as just buying a new wood pellet grill, my old wood pellet grill was a Masterbuilt, after I bought this Z Grills pellet grill and use it for the 1st time, I didn't like it, I miss my old pellet grill, this grill is not the same and the cooking surface is not as big as my Masterbuilt pellet grill, after I kept using this Z Grills pellet grill everyday, i was starting to fall in love with it, i noticed this Z Grills pellet grill gave my meat good flavor, I could taste the flavor from the wood pellets, my Masterbuilt pellet grill didn't give my meat good flavor and couldn't taste the flavor from the wood pellets, it had my meat tasting like it wasn't grill with wood pellets, I should have gotten a Z Grills pellet grill from the beginning instead of getting a Masterbuilt pellet grill, at 1st when I bought that Masterbuilt pellet grill, I was looking for a wood pellet grill to buy online, I seen a Z Grills pellet grill, but didn't buy it cause #1 it costed too much for me and #2 I never heard of that brand and thought it was a brand nobody ever heard of, thought it wasn't a name brand grill, im glad I purchased this grill, I love it, should have purchased it sooner.
