I wasn't familiar with the Zgrill brand and was new to the world of smoking meat. The reviews I read were ALL favorable. My smoker has never disappointed! The temperature holds steady and true and the hopper being large enough to hold enough pellets to smoke all night allows for smoking meat while I sleep. I have recommended the Zgrill to my family and friends and will continue to do so. Happy smoking 👍🏼

Terrific and responsive Customer Service

I had a problem with the temperature sensor and cover on a recently purchased Zgrill. I called customer service, and was very pleased to reach a live and very helpful representative, Destiny, who knew and understood the product. She constructively worked through the solution with me, placing orders for replacement parts at no cost. I was very pleased—this is the way customer service is supposed to work.

Hello, 3 weeks ago we had a tornado hit our home here in Houston Texas. My Z Grill was thrown around our back yard and had pieces of our grill through out the yard. The next day while cleaning up our yard I put the grill back together and plugged it in to my generator it fired right up. I was able to cook for us and the neighbors. Thank you Z Grill.

I have owned my ZGrills pellet grill for exactly two years. The control board ceased to work and the auger feed motor quit at the same time!!! I contracted ZGrills customer service and provided the information. They asked for a receipt and I told them it was sent in with the warranty card. To my total shock, they said NO PROBLEM!!! They sent the parts and within less than a week my grill is fully functional again!!! Kudos to the ZGrills customer service staff!!!! I LOVE MY GRILL!!!!!

Purchased the Z- Grill 700 D3 I have been using it for several months now. The grill performance is excellent! Highly recommended if your seeking a wood pellet smoker

tl;dr This pellet smoker is awesome! It had a couple of minor shipping dents, but customer service was quick to fix it. Assembly was easy, and the smoker cooks meat like a dream. The smoke rings are impressive, and everything comes out tender and juicy. Despite a small issue with the lid seal, I highly recommend this smoker – it's worth it! Full Review: I snagged this new pellet grill/smoker during a Mother's Day flash sale, excited to up my barbecue game. Out of the box, I noticed a couple of dents – a big ding on the top and another on the pellet hopper. A bit of a bummer, but customer service was responsive and got replacement parts out to me within a few days. Assembly: The instructions were clear, and while the grill is heavy, I managed to put it together solo in about two hours (some of the reviews estimate one hour with two people). The packaging was solid, so a good chunk of time was spent unpacking everything. If you're not comfortable with heavy lifting, definitely grab a friend to help! App Setup: The app connection instructions could use some work, but it's a simple process once you figure it out. Initial Burn Note: During my first burn-in, the seal around the lid melted a bit. It doesn't seem to be affecting performance, but I might need to replace it sooner than expected. Cooking Performance: This is where the smoker shines! I've cooked everything from kielbasa and bacon to ribs and brisket, and the results have been amazing. The smoke rings are impressive, and everything comes out tender and juicy. The meat probes are a huge plus, especially for longer cooks like brisket. Overall: Despite the initial shipping hiccups and the minor issue with the lid seal, I'm thrilled with this smoker. It delivers fantastic results, and the customer service was great. I definitely recommend it!

I got my Zgrills for Christmas in 2018, I love it. It's still in use in 2024 and still works like a new one. Great gift that keeps on giving
