We really like the grill. I previously had a Traeger but didn't like it. So far I'm really pleased with the way it cooks.

Bought a 700D3 in April. It's an amazing smoker. I had a small issue with the flame rod and igniter in the second month and the company sent me replacement parts no charge. This grill is a workhorse and I've had zero problems since. I'd recommend this grill and company to anyone .

I bought the 7002C2E with wifi as a part of the buy 1 get 10 free deal. I am very impressed with this unit. The barrel did come damaged as part of the shipping process, but I sent ZGrills and email with detailed pics of the damage and they sent me a new barrel replacement no questions asked! I've done overnight briskets, whole chickens, turkey breasts and more! I've baked in it like an oven doing stuffed peppers, pizza casserole and ham green beans and potatoes. I'll even crank it up and perfectly seer some burgers or a nice teriyaki pork tenderloin. Being able to monitor my cooks with the app is what helps sell this unit. It's so nice for multi tasking and monitoring long cooks. I'm satisfied with my unit. I keep it clean and it just keeps pumping out the good eats!!

I've had my Z Grill 7002E for 6 years of great smoking. The pellet grill is the best way to cook, takes the hassle out of temperature, loading charcoal/gas, etc. Customer support has been great. The controller acted up and customer support sent a replacement within days. Other than that one issue, the grill has been bullet-proof

It has been almost 3 yrs since I bought my 11002b wifi smoker grills. I have cooked and smoked and cooked everything from bacon to cookies! The 11002b is a BEAST! It has an amazing heat retention from the insulated lid and barrel and has the capacity to hold 30lbs of pellets (rated at 28lb). The wifi app is an awesome feature that allows me to monitor my cooks/smokes from a distance without having to worry what is going on with the unit. If I have to make a trip to the store for something, I can monitor the temps and make adjustment if needed. Ive done overnight smokes on briskets and pork butts (boston butt) at long lengths of time...some have been up to 24hours and the unit has not faltered and has ran flawless. The consumption of pellets during those long smokes has been minimal! all around, these 11002b are superb!!

This review isn’t for my 450a pellet Z Grill (which works wonderfully) it’s about the fantastic response from the customer service team. I had a situation that was brought to their attention and I was pleasantly shocked that REAL customer service does exist! They took care of my cover issue promptly Chris R.
