Absolutely love my Z Grills! The grilling experience is fantastic, with even heat distribution and amazing flavor. Highly recommend for anyone looking to up their BBQ game!

Building the thing was a bit tough as I only have one functional arm right now due to a surgery. Once I overcame that though, the smoker has been awesome! My only gripe so far is that the controller sometimes overshoots the temp setting that I have in place. So if I'm doing a cook at 450, it will shoot to 470 and then work its way back down to 450. I think the app and wireless controls are great and I'd highly recommend this smoker to anyone.

Excellent smoker. Easy to assemble and break in, works as it should. Fantastic results on the first tries. The thing they need to improve the most is the app, which works well, but appears to have issues saving accounts, which seems to be an easy fix with enough communication between customers and the tech support staff. We shall see. Either way, everything works as it should and the results and quality have exceeded my expectations. We are a lifetime z grill household now. What a promo!

I ordered the 700D3 10 Grill deal. I don't know that I'll live to be 114 years old, but I am super pleased with my smoker and Customer Service... even if I never see the 2nd unit. My unit arrived with a dent in the main cooking chamber. I called Customer service, Agent Angela said no problem, send me photos. 15 minutes later it was done. I called on a Thursday morning, that Sunday morning the replacement arrived. This unit is large enough that I smoked 3 slabs of ribs, 3 burgers, 5 baked potatoes, 6 boneless pork tenderloins, an onion and 2 skewers of shrimp all at the same time. Thanksgiving will be (2) 7# turkey breasts and a 15# spiral ham. The smoker has been flawless and really appreciate the two probes built-in since I have been cooking various items together. I also did the biscuit test and found no hot spots at 350*, very nice even heat! Buy, you will like it!

Amazing options and a well built grill. Obviously, shipped in boxes but much of it was already together. Seems very well built. Can't wait to use it!!
