I purchased the 700D3 model during the Black Friday "Buy 1 get 10" promotion. It took about 2 weeks to receive two separate deliveries that made up the grill. Assembly was easy, it was nice to have the necessary tools provided as well as the gloves. The grill went together easily, all panels and holes lined up perfectly. The panels and grill body are heavy and solid, the proper gauge metal for a quality grill....is weighs in at close to 150 lbs. The only issue that I have is with the temperature control knob. The outer knob seems a little bigger than the inner knob, so it just spins when attempting to adjust the temperature. I don't really want to glue it to the inner knob in case I need to remove/replace the control panel, so I will have to figure something out to remedy that problem. I also would have thought that being a "flagship model" for the company, and 2 temperature probes included, that this unit would have connectivity to the phone app via Bluetooth. Sadly, this is not the case. I have tested the auger system to ensure that it is feeding correctly. I am going to complete the initial burn in tomorrow and then smoke a flat iron steak. I am looking forward to cooking many delicious meals with this grill/smoker unit!

All items ordered arrived in good working condition. Be prepared to do some work as everything is very securely packed and protected. Assembly takes a little time but the instructions are easy to follow.

Great product. Easy setup and easy to use. Maintains temperature accurately. Good communication. Prompt shipment.

We are excited about the pellet grill and getting an upgraded grill every 5 years, that can be passed down to an heir. The season and weather has not allowed me to start it up, but I put it together and completed the installation.

After reading up on this grill, compared to their top competitors, could not refuse the deal we got! Easy to deal with, got the grill within a week and will get 9 more over the next 50 years! If I am not here, can transfer to my son-in-law or grandson….how could you refuse that?

I’ve had my eye on the Z Grills 700 Series for a while, and it did not disappoint. I was a bit nervous about the whole pellet system, but after using it, I’m sold. The results speak for themselves—the meat comes out perfectly cooked every time.

Did the buy one get One every five years for 50 years deal.. Was pretty easy to put together and smoked ribs. They were to die for wife loved them and neighbors loved them.

Have owned a Zgrill 700D3 for over 2 years, and never had any issues. Used many times and always has performed well. Recently upgraded the original PID controller to Zgrills Wi-fi controller and also with good results. Can't go wrong owning one.
