I bought into their scam called the Blind Box. And of course I got the cheapest of the 5 grills, The 550B2. Got it assembled, used it a few times and noticed the hopper was dented where the handle is. The handle is not dented or damaged so it obviously happened during the manufacturing of the grill, and I somehow didn't notice, as I was excited to get it ready. What really has me upset and disappointed though is that while checking out Menards I saw the exact same grill but with a different serial number and different name for $100 less. This is a deceptive marketing scheme and I will be sending the grill back for a full refund AND spreading the negative word about Z Grill. I should have gone with my first choice and went with Traeger.

I have left numerous messages never received a call back, I wrote emails nothing but ridiculous responses. Live chat won’t even work for me? Dissatisfied with my purchase, regret my purchase! If I would be given a serious response I most likely could deal with the situation it lack of respect from zgrill to its consumers is a joke…. remember if it weren’t for us you wouldn’t be were you are…. My first smoker experience and now the whole thing is ruined …. So excited at first and now zgrill took money and now my excitement…. poor poor poor!

Purchased blind box deal on June 19th 2021. Received conformation of my order #41503. I had the understanding that the grill would not ship until around July 1st. I checked my order status on the 1st and it shows as shipped. I waited a few days because of the holiday and received a follow up email stating the grill had shipped on the 6th. I tracked the FedEx number and as of today the 11th it's still showing a pending status. I have sent multiple emails to support. I have asked multiple times on online chat. I have even posted on facebook asking them to locate my grill and tell me when it will arrive. I've been told oh it did ship out but the info on FedEx and there website hasn't updated. I've been told give them several days and they would check on it. Bottom line is FedEx hasn't picked up the grill as there isn't an origin scan with FedEx. It's sitting on a dock somewhere and no one can give me a straight answer. I'm considering canceling my payment and just going somewhere else.

I have had HORRIBLE customer service. I keep getting smart a$$ email replies telling there is nothing that can be done. I have called 13 times now and left 13 messages and noone is calling me back. I CAN NOT use the grill over 350° or it just makes an awful smell. I followed the initial burn in instructions to the letter. I have done the burn in process 11 times and counting and customer service just keeps saying do it more do it more. Absolutely awful and horrible Z Grill experience. I can't see me ever owning another Z Grill. The way I'm being treated is almost laughable. So angry at Z Grills.

We ordered a zgrills 1000E and received it on 6/22. Upon opening we noticed the lid has a large dent right in the center, the front tray is also dented. The bolt for the wheel does not have threads so can’t be used. We have called SEVERAL TIMES and left several messages with callback phone number and have no received a call back. I tried the live chat and it’s obviously not live because nobody responded. We are hoping ZGrills makes this right but it is looking like we will also have to file with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and file a claim with my credit card company. We would like to return the grill for a full refund or if they can send us the parts OVERNIGHT then we will keep it. Very disappointed with the customer service and would not recommend at this point.

Account # 35727 TR It’s been over 2 months since I bought a Zgrills and can not use it. I spoke with tech department and we figured it out that the controller is bad, they said there going to send a controller but never did at all. It never worked from when I received it to this day still don’t work at all. Also I received it with a big dent on the lid that they blamed the deliver driver. It’s sad that they don’t email or call because now they have my number and the problem with the grill is the lid and the controller. I gave them more than enough time to fix this now I’m going to put a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and send them emails and the pictures what they need to fix. This grill has a warranty but they don’t follow their own word on fixing it. I need a new lid and controller to get this fixed. They know about it but this whole week I sent them emails but no response, that’s sad. I was planning to use it for the July 4, 2021 celebration. I missed Mother’s Day I missed Father’s Day And now I’ll probably miss July 4th I need my grill parts please send them to me. I greatly appreciate if someone could send to me. I ordered a 700D3 in late may delivery was quick, assembly was easy, however the grill still is not working, I was told to change the fuse, done, I was told to reconnect the plugs that they showed me in pics and a video, done they were not apart. i have called numerous times daily and have emailed. my last conversation I was told a supervisor wanted to speak with me but was in a meeting.. I did not ask for this , but told them they could email me, I dont have ready access to a phone while i am working and the time differences makes it more difficult. I simply want them to replace the hopper and insure that it is ok before the send it to me, the types of work they expect a customer to do is not within my skill level. I would like to have this up and running by the 4th. but have my doubts that they will honor their promises.

I purchased the Z Grill ZPG-450 and followed the instruction included with the grille. Upon turning on the swith received an error code E-2 (temperature dial security alarm?), turn back off, turned back on to Smoke position as directed, experience heat but after the 1-2 minute time period the auger did not move as per instruction. Next day, turn unit back on, auger worked, Instruction are to turn off and wait 10 min and fill hopper with pellets, turn to high heat, auger work, instruction say to wait for first pellet to come into fire box, after 5 minutes, no pellet and no auger movement. Called Customer service no and waited on hold and then instructions were to leave a message. I called at 5:06 CDST and the Office is to be open until 5:00 PM California time, plenty of time to respond. Then emailed also. So far, NO GOOD. Be warned!
