We ‘d like to address your concerns about the shipping time. For larger items like the Timber End Table, we utilize LTL (Less-than-Truckload) shipping. This method is chosen specifically to ensure greater safety for your furniture and to offer cost-efficiency, which we pass on to our customers. However, an drawback is that LTL shipping is not as fast as standard parcel carriers as the shipments are consolidated to fill a truckload. We clearly failed to set the right expectations and keep you informed throughout this process, and for that, we are truly sorry. We also sincerely apologize for the failure of the local dispatcher to arrive within the confirmed window, which is the most critical part of the service and where we let you down the most.
