I am beyond thrilled with the customer service I received from Zero Gravity. I needed to ask some questions regarding my Perfectio X and almost immediately received an email with a response. They replaced my wand and they made the process so easy and at the time, my life was less than easy. I lost my mom in March and I was in the process of moving my dad closer to me. I purchased my Perfectio+ Gold device in 2017. It worked perfectly until about 2 months ago, August 2023, when the battery was not holding a charge. I contacted Zero Gravity and filed a warranty claim. Within a week I received a brand new device! Lily’s customer service was one of, if not the best customer service treatment I have ever experienced. Then I was shocked to learn that the lifetime warranty that applied to my original device also applies to the brand new replacement device that I now have!! Zero Gravity really stands behind its products! This product is expensive, but the results, plus the customer service and the extended warranty are absolutely worth it!!

I have been using Perfectio plus since 2018. I bought this device due to my hectic travel schedules. This I would is the best effective DIY treatment you can bring with you where ever you go. I am a very good testament to the efficacy of this device. I am 57 years old and with very minimal wrinkles to almost none. Thanks to zero gravity!
