The customer service representative I spoke to was so very helpful and friendly. The Zero Gravity team went above and beyond to answer my questions and walk me though the process to resolve my issue. I was really impressed with the level of service and response time I received.

After having my device for two years one of the lights turned off. After a bit of back and forth the company is now sending me a brand new device. True to their pledge on a lifetime warranty. I will give it 5 stars.

I was pleasantly surprised by the efficient and courteous handling of my replacement product. I spoke to the customer service representative and within a few days I was provided with an email with instructions for replacement. The replacement product arrived March 15, 2024. The timeframe from my initial contact to date of receipt of product was absolutely amazing. I love using my Perfectio Plus and highly recommend the product.
