The pressure from Ben & his staff at the New Orleans división was enough of a red flag. Aggressive and rude was their sales tactic. It makes you wonder if this company thrives on trying to pressure their customers with a non-refundable product. A good product should sell itself. Not be shoved aggressively down someone’s throat.

This is my worst shopping experience so far. They first sold me an item, they didn't have, didn't bother answering my emails and now they tell me they will "cancel your request to return the jacket" - even though I sent it back tree days after receiving it and gave them the tracking number.

Well I was also fooled into buying this to reduce wrinkles. Showed in the mirror how wrinkles just disappeared!!!! Wow what a fool I was. That did not happen at home!!!!!!!!!! I followed all instructions for months!!! So don’t try that one! Haven’t used it for the last year. Now it only works for a minute or so. Sent an e-mail to customer service. Who have now asked for a serial number. Shouldn’t this be on the device?!!!! Can’t find it anywhere!!!! And want 89 dollars postage!!!! WHAT!!! Can’t cost that much to send there and back!!!!! What a scam!!!! FDA APPROVED means NOTHING. Just means it won’t harm you! FDA approved Oxicontin which caused an opioid crisis in the U.S that killed hundreds of thousands of deaths!!!

Do not buy this product! It is a scam! I was pressured into buying it at the airport and immediately regretted it. I spent almost $3000 that I don't have. It does not do anything but warm up your skin.

The grandio and perfectio x broke down after less than a year. The company told us it is lifetime warranty. And the company now told us we need to pay 130usd for postage, shipping and handling fee and the warranty is a limited warranty. Absolutely bad sales practice and lack of transparency in terms. Will certainly file a complaint to local authorities.

I'm a SUCKER! I fell for the BS! 1,700.00$, nothing more than heat. And their clinical study is a joke. High pressure sales tactics in Oahu, HI , then they get hostile if u ask questions. Target middle aged women.

I bought the zero gravity gold plus for my skin. Paid $2500 for it and saw amazing results. Unfortunately it stopped working after 2 years and the company won't replace it even though I have a warranty. Total bummer.

When I received it in Florida, it looked as if it had already been used. I was traveling and didn't have time to send it back, so carefully packaged it up, hopng that it would be okay. It barely worked and the top kept falling off. Tonight it completely fell apart and only the orange light goes on. I paid at least $700 US (new, not used) for it and it's been awful. I used it only 3x/week and it didn't do much. I had one before that was just great, but gave it to my ex upon our divorce. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! I can't even get in touch with the Zero Gravity company. I am livid and will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. I have had this for only one year, Don't waste your money.
