Horrible customer service. Do not buy this

I bought my device from Earth Tech Spa in Austin, TX. Got a discounted facial that was incredible. I must say BEWARE OF THE SALES PITCH. With the purchase of a $2,500. Glorifico, I was promised free facials (once a month) until the sun damage was repaired and that Barton Creek Square location would honor the appointments. I have had two (one more than I was allowed according to BCS) and asked to contact Itay at the Cedar Park location who had promised me the facials. He will not return my calls. I justified the price of the device with the facials but the promise was an empty, hollow sales pitch. Zero Gravity should be aware of with whom they allow to distribute their product.

Talk about desperate... I was not in my right mind legally to be making decisions, I was going through something at the time and was told by my doctor in the past not to make major decisions when taking steps to recovery... I'm being vague since I do not want to give out TMI info... but the people trying to sale this product harassed me into getting it and took advantage of my "weak mind set" and forced me I to buying this product... they not only stole my card information but they lied to me about the paper work I was signing... I also was not given ANY copy of the paper work... when I told this to someone a lawsuit was underway... I am not saying this product is good or bad, but I feel like this product isn't worth it if they have to back you into a corner and force you into buying it... Anyway weeks later I got an email stating (after they looked at the carmas) this person was in the wrong and legally I was not to be singing anything and they saw this person took advantage of that... long story short... I only paid $643 for the this item an nothing more because I was nice to drop the charges and settle for that. But buyers beware... if this product was as good as they say they wouldn't have to brake laws to try and sale it to you. The Mall that I went to even agreed and they are lucky I droped the charges or they would have been out of a business at my local mall. Still... I feel like I shouldn't have lost my $643 money, but I guess its better then losing so much more. With that said... I hope this product is worth the mental fear I felt when being forced and the $643 I lost in the process.

This product is a scam and does not deliver what was promised. I purchased this in January (we are in June now), have been using 3-4 time a week, using the machine as instructed on their manual. I have been using on half my face, half my neck and half my chest. There is absolutely no improvement what so ever. Zero - I now see that "Zero Gravity" means Zero results! I see that the company likes to blame "promised results" on their sales affiliates. When I sent an email to the company complaining about their expensive useless product, they sent me their website link with the before and after pictures of their clients, and I must say: If I had seen those pictures, I would never had purchased this product. Most of their own pictures look the same. No improvement. Furthermore, their address on their website doesn't exist. The bldg. was sold years ago, before covid, and it has been empty since. I am requesting full refund.

Went to the vernon homeshow. There was a representative trying to sell this product. I walked over to the booth. He asked me if I was more interested in for under eye, or skin. I responded under eye. He said " your husband asked me to give you a sample". My husband was standing right next to me, and never said anything, and has 0 interest or knowledge of skin products. When both my husband and I responded that " no, he didn't", the guy then said " well he insinuated it". my husband had followed me into the booth, but hadn't said a word or made any type of motion to the items. If you have to blatantly and boldly lie to give away your samples, it makes me wonder just how bad the product is. Not a good method for gaining customers

Very cheaply made piece of garbage that broke within 10 days of use and customer service is non existent, BUYER BEWARE!

I purchased a brand new sealed unit from an auction site and used this item for approximately 8 days and it quit working, looked at reviews at there are numerous about its defects in charging and staying on, I contacted their customer care and was told they won’t honor the warranty because I didn’t buy directly from them (doesn’t say that anywhere in their literature) needless to say the thing is useless now and a $350+ lesson. BUYER BEWARE THIS PERFECTIO PLUS UNIT IS CRAP!

I have a Perfectio Zero gravity Skin device. While it was working it was fine: effects were real although they took longer than I expected. One day, however, this incredibly expensive device would not turn on: the lights blinked and then it powered off. I have contacted the company (only webform, no phone available) several times. I get a nice email saying someone will reach out to me. I have a $5000 device not even heavy enough to be a door stop because of horrible customer service. I am not a happy camper!
