ZP Update issues which causes us more work.

Support is very friendly and they are very quick to help, however they are limited by the capabilites of the platform. The development team seems to have tunnel vision as they have left some simple things to die by the wayside as they work on what they have prioritized, like an app that is useless. Meanwhile, the core platform suffers and the work arounds offered are a joke (in most cases) and it leaves me asking why I am still dealing with something that creates more work for myself. I don't have the time to micro-manage a point of sale software. If I did, I might as well develop my own. The whole point is to make my life easier.

Customer service is always happy showing they treat there employees well and they enjoy there job. Using zen for 1 year now I am still learning the little things but I've used mindbody which was more expensive and and this one is hands down the best softwear for us at CJ Martial Arts and fitness!! Great customer service! The website has some quirks, but I've always been able to get answers to my questions in a timely fashion. The expanded functionality in the last few years has been really helpful.

I have been using health club and fitness CRM software for over 15 years. I have never had a 5 star experience as it seems a difficult task to make a perfect all inclusive and evolutionary product (I usually am forced to switch products when technologies change). So a 4 star review is actually high praise as I would rate others I've used at 2 stars to negative 5 stars. Zen Planner is well rounded as a strength, never fully polished as a weakness.
