issues with Zenplanner
Had some issues with Zenplanner and it took 3 months and over a 100 emails dealing with tech support to try and resolve the issue.... what a nightmare for a small business to deal with!!!!

Perfect for the needs of my business
I have used Zen Planner for the past 1.5 years and am very pleased with the product. There are always going to be minor things that can be improved, changed, implemented that I know are already being worked on by Zen Planner. The APP feature needs a major facelift, but the back office portion is really great. Customer service is INCREDIBLE and I have been helped each time I call in.

GREAT SUPPORT
Like any software system, the learning curve is steep - what is outstanding is ZenPlanner's customer support. Kelsey is an absolute rock star and everyone else I've spoken to always helps wonderfully!

Zen Planner is a fantastic app
Zen Planner is a fantastic app, but could be improved through easier navigation forwards and backwards between pages. Greater ability of the user to generate reports such as: number of members on each membership etc...

Good and Not So Good
In general it works great and their help desk answers questions. But with the time difference of East Coast/West Coast getting an answer when I need it is a challenge. This week I am not happy at all, it keeps quitting on me, 3 times I had to input the same, very long notes and 3 times for them not to be saved. I gave up and disappointed I could not save these notes and others for the past few days.

Thoughts
Their customer service is usually very good and they get back to you quickly. The website crashes/freezes often when working as a staff member on the back end. There are some flaws, but overall for the client facing side of things--- client app is easy and simple to use. Cannot compare this to MindBody as this is the only platform we have used.
