Before choosing a management system for our spa, I spent a considerable amount of time researching different platforms. Our business has a complex structure that requires managing therapist schedules, room availability, online bookings, commission calculations, detailed reports, and client follow-ups. Because of this, we needed a system that was both powerful and flexible enough to adapt to our operations. After evaluating several solutions, Zenoti seemed to be the most complete option available. Today, after several months of implementation and daily use, I can confidently say that choosing Zenoti was the right decision for our business. The implementation process required time and effort because we wanted the system to be configured properly to match our operational workflow. It was not a quick setup, but the results were definitely worth the investment of time. I would like to give special recognition to Mr. Rachit Agrawal, Product Manager, and his team. Their support throughout the implementation process was exceptional. Rachit was extremely patient, professional, and always available to help. On several occasions, he spent long sessions with us on live calls to carefully resolve issues and finalize the configuration. That level of dedication and responsiveness made a real difference in the success of our implementation. One of the most important aspects when working with a software partner is the quality of support, and in this regard the Zenoti team has been excellent. Now that the system has been fully implemented for several months, we can clearly see the positive impact on our daily operations. Our front desk team is much more organized, scheduling is smoother, and we have better control over appointments, therapist planning, and client follow-ups. Zenoti is a very powerful platform for spa and wellness businesses that require a professional and scalable management system. Thank you to the Zenoti team for their support and dedication.

Overall, we’ve had a positive experience with Zenoti. The platform offers a lot of useful functionality and has been a strong step forward for our business in terms of bookings, memberships, gift cards and client management. Most of the onboarding and setup process went well, and the team were professional, helpful and supportive throughout. Our migration involved a lot of detail, and for the most part it was handled well. The reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is mainly due to the go-live day itself, which was more stressful than expected. Go-live was due to be completed by around midday, but we did not receive proper communication on some of the issues until approximately 6pm. By that point, we had already spent most of the day trying to understand what had and had not been completed, while also continuing to run the business. A few important points only became clear later in the day, including issues around how certain balances had been loaded and how parts of the diary had been set up, which caused unnecessary confusion and concern at a critical stage of implementation. Although the team did respond and worked through the issues, earlier communication and a smoother final handover would have made a significant difference. That said, outside of the go-live experience, the overall process was positive and the system itself is very strong. Zenoti offers a lot for businesses like ours, and we’re pleased with the platform overall. With a more joined-up and proactive go-live process, this would easily have been a 5-star experience.

Cannot recommend Zenoti as a whole enough. Completely transformed our salon and the day to day running. Mark from the UK Team is a life saver, any issues we have are dealt with very quickly and thoroughly, he's definitely played a part in our growth, can't recommend him enough if you ever need assistance from the team.

I use zenoti as my clinic CRM as it does everything you could ever wish for it to do. While it is complex to learn and I am still learning every day. The management team especially Mark are so helpful and usually very responsive, even with non urgent requests.

Mark is amazing - Ive worked with the Zenoti system for years now and he is the only one who went out his way to really explain everything and even did a step by step video to show what he means!! I hope I get him agaain when im stuck!
