Overall we have been on them for 5 years. They do have issues but work very hard to resolve quickly. Their system is robust and much better than some of the competitors we have been on. Overall, not going to move.

Be very careful about transferring to this company software. I moved my company across to Zenoti about 3 months ago and the volume of outstanding issues is huge. The promises the Sales team made around data transfer and continuity of customer information have not been delivered. Their level of customer service and response times in the UK is terrible. I wish I had never moved across. Our accounts are late as we cannot get proper reporting or full access to our sales data. I am considering legal action as well as writing to the shareholders. You have been warned.
