Overall we're satisfied with Zenoti as a platform, it's stable, reliable and the core features are fit for purpose. Nicola, Mark and Ramana are super helpful. The one criticism is that as a larger business we're constantly bumping up against the software's limitations and Zenoti are incredibly slow to address these gaps.
