Zenefits is impossible to reach for timely needs. They can take up to 2 months to respond to a time-sensitive inquiry and offer ZERO proactive information on compliance and management, even when certain changes should be flagged in their system. As help, they just send you to an FAQ page that often has outdated instructions.

Zenefits is an innovative tool for all of your HR needs. it is incredibly easy to use and intuitive, and everything you need as an employer or an employee is right at your fingertips. Updating your personal information is also extremely easy, and working for a mid-sized company, I have referred to the Organization Chart many times. Great software.

We used to use an accounting firm for our payroll, and the experience has been so much easier once we moved it in-house to using Zenefits. It's also made our onboarding processes so much more efficient for new staff and contractors. We have fewer payroll errors and spend so much less time dealing with documents, email attachments, etc. for new staff onboarding. The amount of time I've saved has far exceeded the expense to add Zenefits to our organization.

Great option for small businesses. Lots of options to add or remove to tailor your experience. Customer service is very helpful.

Zenefits has been great! The UI is easy to use and doesn't feel cluttered. My staff finds it easy to look at their payroll statements. Overall, it's a simple and convenient to use for payroll and HR issues.

Great for onboarding, benefits, and payroll management. We have used Zenefits for years, and it has been a great tool for managing our employees' time clock, payroll, benefits, and hiring/onboarding.
