Zendesk Talk is terrible. Customer support has been dreadful as well. They don't understand how their own product works and take weeks to resolve issues.

Horrible customer service. I asked a simple question 15 days ago and still nothing!!! My last ticket after 8 unanswered emails was assigned to Ben Van Iten, and he marked it as resolved immediately. I'm waiting for a serious explanation about his attitude. Its not serious

It is not the best. But it is hard to find the better app for web support. Keep improving and you will become the best. 😉

Pathetic support. I asked a simple question if the Website Analytics for Chats shown under Home section of Zendesk/Zopim counts for missed/abandoned chats, and I was issued a ticket which was not responded to even after two days. When I followedup on my ticket, I had to go through same questions again and still was without any conclusive answer. I dont know how do they train their staff who could not answer the basic thing about statistics which is the dashboard/welcome screen as soon you login. When I write this review, I am still on hold by their chat.

Really good tool for your business if you're focusing for efficient customer support work. UIX is very eye pleasing and convenient, it has everything you need for customer support work, and the pricing is not that bad. Besides that, it has a really comprehensive help center, where you can find most of the questions you need to answer, and if that doesn't help, their support is really helpful with all your issues. But of course it lacks some basic functionality, that other businesses already practices, and it seems that it takes a lot of time, to get those necessary updates being implemented. And sometimes it seems that they're more focusing on money part rather than their customers needs.

The software part is correct even if it lacks ergonomics, but the support is catastrophic. This company does not respect its customers and its goal is to make as much money as possible. The day you have a problem, you can manage on your own and above all, be careful with direct debit because Zendesk NEVER refunds. In addition, they censor messages on their public community from dissatisfied customers! It's been a long time since I've dealt with a dishonest company like this! Run away from this company, there are better and cheaper companies like zoho desk or freshdesk.

We used ZenDesk Support for 13 months, after the major mistake of subscribing for 1 year after only 1 month of test. We then ran from them. Here's a few of the problems we faced: 1. Login does not work on Safari: after Apple introduced new privacy features, ZenDesk never cared of taking away their snoopy logic resulting from infinite login loops. 2. Usability is quite poor: tasks beyond the absolute basic (like adding a CC in a ticket), are hard to find and require extra testing to reverse engineer the effects of fields and buttons. 3. It is grossly overpriced; after over a year of ZenDesk at 150 $/mo, we switched to a competitor with better usability, quality and features for 87 $/mo. 4. Support is terrible. They typically answer after days. When we wanted to discontinue the ZD account, no way was to be found on the site; we contacted support in March, and they replied in July (yes, I am serious) without actually describing how to discontinue the account. We ended up cancelling the credit card to avoid a further 1700$ yearly charge. 5. it lacks basic functionality. For example, you can't search through the ticket history. Closed tickets are purged after a few weeks. 6. Feedback and reporting is difficult to implement and extremely poor compared to other vendors.
