Awful customer service. The company they represent is SilverCity and they are a total ripoff in crummy (Chinese) quality. Ordered a pair of sandals that were too big and they reused to let me return them. Exchanged several emails with them but they would only offer a 20% discount on a new pair...why would I order a new pair when the first one didn't fit? Said "internationa shipping too expensive for us to refund"...then why are they in a customer driven industry but aren't customer focused?

Zendesk seems to represent scam companies. They don’t understand or are programmed to give repeated phrases and NEVER direct you to a human to resolve your problem. They represent AIORRAX, a scam company, and in my opinion, just served as a partner in Aiorrax’s scam. Zendesk is NOT very Zen. Bad name for a bad company. This is why AI will become the world’s bane!

We hadden mogelijk interesse in de AI-chatbot, maar de houding van de betreffende accountmanager heeft ons volledig afgehaakt. Hij was allesbehalve transparant over de prijs. Toen ik daarover doorvroeg, kreeg ik de volgende reactie: “Je kunt het hebben over transparantie, maar als je met een partij als Zendesk, Salesforce etc om tafel gaat, wat verwacht je zelf? We zijn marktleider en werken met 10,000+ bedrijven in Nederland. En dan wordt er gemopperd over een factuur van € 1.100. Sorry, maar dan zijn jullie ook niet de juiste klant voor ons en kunnen jullie beter doorgaan met jullie huidige oplossing.” Een bijzonder arrogante en onprofessionele manier van communiceren. Zeer teleurstellend.

This company presumably get paid by tomtom sat nav company to provide a “customer service” experience that is designed to wear the customer down until they give up. There is nothing about the service that in any way offers the customer any assistance. They conveniently ignore Uk law and offer “support” to try to get you to ignore your rights enshrined in legislation! A number of grossly incompetent "customer service" companies openly admit to utilising this awful company. The customer assistants for TOMTOM UK are clearly based in the subcontinent. Companies based in a number of countries abbrogate responsibility for their customers by subcontracting to this appallingly dysfunctional service. I have yet to experience any company who passes on their responsibility to zendesk that offers two out of five star "service" total colour IT DOESNT WORK
