They have dozens of Massachusetts' LMHC "pre-licensed clinicians" on their site, indicating their supervisor's license on their profile. Yet I was turned away with no response as to their application of policy as to who gets on their site.

I can agree with the most recent comment. The people I have communicated with are very kind; however, the set up of the business is not accommodating or supportive to therapists. The website has issues which do not make it user friendly. I have had zero referrals from this website that have stuck. While I am on other platforms and referrals flow in weekly/monthly. It is a nice idea; however, I don’t think it’s worth the investment. And upon joining the platform I felt like I was talking to a pushy salesman not a person.

Please stay away from this company. They just take your money. Bind you in a year contract. They provided me with Zero referrals. Did not deliver any services they promised such is the video shoot. I sent them my own video and they did not even return it with the editing and did not even bother to contact me. I changed my debit card. They used it without my authorization after I had told them that I wanted to discontinue. They refused to refund me and ignored the fact that they did not deliver their services. Be ware!

As a therapist who used the platform, I would not recommend as a source for referrals. The platform is not user friendly, they will not work with you if you need to exit the platform (you are obliged to the yearly payments). I have been on there 6 months with two referrals (neither stuck). I am basically donating money to Zencare at this point. The founder is not a therapist herself. Also when approached to join the platform it felt a bit sneaky in the approach; like a sales tactic rather than an invitation. I would rather recommend Psychology today and It’s Complicated for referral sources.

This platform is a scam. The platform is very very unfriendly to users. You need a college course on how to utilize the system and there is no physical support. In order to have any of your questions answered you have to send an email and wait. They swear that you will receive 3 clients per month. It has been 5 months and I have had only 3 referrals in total, none of which have stayed. It is a complete lie. When I attempted to discontinue my membership they reminded me that I was locked in for an entire year. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! You get more referrals from the 30.00 sites.

I would leave zero stars if I could. They are very pricey and sent me two client referrals in a year. These referrals did not subsequently follow up with me. So I received exactly zero clients from them after paying $600. I also had another peculiar incident with them and a prank client, but that’s all I will say for now on that for now. This is a numbers and traffic issue. Out of 10 referrals, one may schedule 3-4 clients because people change their minds the next morning, their insurance may not fit, scheduling conflicts, specialty requirements, etc.. other platforms offer more traffic. Save your money.
