The lady behind the counter licked her fingers after touching food. I'm sure its not the first time. The bathrooms were gross and the ice machine was a mess. The service was also slow even though there was only 1 other family there. I'm not usually one to complain but it could've been alot better.

Zaxbys keeps increasing their prices but the food portions are the same i remember when u would get five wings five fingers now its 3 fingers and the price was 6.47..now 11 bucks n fewer fries. Today I got 2 finger plates with slaw 4 fingers 8 fries in each n burnt toast 17.43..if u increase price increase portions..

I ordered the zensation salad today.it was awful.taste awful the part of a eggroll they gave me was all grease.im so disappointed.I wasted my money on a salad I couldnt even eat.it was so bad tasting.

This is strictly for the online pick up. Food is great. Even price is fairly easy to deal with. The issue is ....if you say u can bypass the fine in line to get your food then that should be what happens. Twice I've ordered online and the same thing happened...no one at the pickup counter and everyone sees me waiting(including management) and just continue on. Poor service in my opinion.

I went to my local Zaxby's tonight and decided to try the new Sweet and Smokey chicken sandwich. I have to say that I was very disappointed in the sandwich. The chicken itself lacked flavor and the potato bun was a bit soggy. I go to my local Zaxby's quite often and tonight was a real let down. I suggest taking that recipe back to the kitchen and trying again. I felt like I wasted my money tonight. This was the first time I've ever felt this way about Zaxby's and I have been eating there for many years.
