Zaxby'sReviews of zaxbys.com

We have been to the Wildwood location for years , in The last two it has gone down hill to the point we will not return. I got the Zen salad which was ok but seemed like there was low chicken in it. The Zaxby signature sandwich my hubby got was barely warm and the fries were cold and soggy.

Just went threw the drive threw the French fries have ssi much seasoning on them that you can't eat them and the chicken nuggets were almost all breeding and hard as a rock i never complain by this was terrible dirty zaxbys

Terrible customer service. Employee was very rude when I picked up my online order. Food was O.K. Perkins Ext in Memphis.

Apex, NC restaurant: The staff is always so friendly! The traditional chicken wings are horrible! They always taste old and cooked too hard. They taste freeze dried. This was my 2nd time trying to give the traditional wings a try. Never again! Just bad!! Chicken tenders and fries ate good.

Went to Zaxby’s in Savannah. Ordered a garden salad. #5, and cheddar bites. Received no napkins, no utensils to eat with, cheese cake bites were mixed in my cheddar bites!! In a hotel so hopefully they have a fork!! Please just put these things in the bag we shouldn’t have to ask! This is expected

Why would a restaurant in business to make money do away with a salad dressing that’s traditionally made for the seniors. How do you just do away with thousand island dressing. That’s what’s wrong with this world today we will no longer eat Zaxby’s again until they decide to get the dressing back for their salads.

fried shrimp .with fries. fried pickles. taste was horrible. full of salt I could not hear the person. while ordering at the drive thru . very low voice

The service is horrible. The drive thru is super slow!! The food is ok but something needs to be done about the customer service.
