Food was hot and very good, however, we parked and went in to the dining room for a relaxing lunch and it took 30 minutes, not exaggerating, to get our meal. The cars outside were given top priority. I have no desire to eat there anytime soon. Plus prices are high. A salad, chicken fingers and kids meal $27.

If you order the plate and ask for extra fries instead of cole slaw forget getting extra fries you never will. You really get less than a small fry.

I love Zaxby's fast service fresh hot food but I have requested time and time again I don't like they put my dipping sauce in the box touching my food. From the packing and shipping and then the handling and unpacking and placement in the restaurant idk where it's been how many hands has touched it and they place the dipping sauce right on my boneless wings! The sauce not only touches my food then it has sauce all over it and messy to even get it open if you decide to even eat after the dirty sauce was in your plate of food! Why

My complaint is not about the employees they have always been very nice. My complaint is about removing the Zensation Salad. That was the only reason that I went there. There are plenty other places to drive in or go in and eat. Now I have no reason to buy from you! Worst marketing decision from any business I have ever known.....you screwed yourselves.
