I ordered the cobb salad and it not only went up in price, but the two pieces of bacon you are supposed to get is now one piece of bacon broken into two. Now that's getting really cheap and the customer is cheated out of two full pieces of bacon. It was more lettuce than anything.

I guess I need to be a better self advocate, my first omen on today's order was the usual routine of me paying and getting my card straight back by the apparent mistake by the cashier of scanning my card and then putting it on the counter instead of immediately returning it, so that when I get it returned to me after receiving my food upon request it was without receipt, so I shouldn't be surprised that upon returning home my 10 piece boneless wings is really a 5 piece. It will be a while before I am hungry enough to stoop to Zaxby's again.

When I walked into the business, the associate did not greet me, but asked, "Cash or credit?" Customer service has gotten poor and geared to money. It is sad. In addition, I asked for my drink to made with sweet tea, unsweet tea, and lemonade. I asked the cashier was the drink made with all three drinks, she assured me it was. However, that was not the case. It was too sweet for me to drink. I use the unsweet tea to cut the amount of sugar in my drink. Sad to say, after I got home, I learned there was no utensils available for me to eat my salad.

The ice machine was out of order. The drinks had too much carbonated. The restrooms were nasty. Soap dispenser and paper towel were out. I went to Gadsden 35901 and was not happy

Asian Zensation Zalad was served with old lettuce. I tried calling Zaxbys on Bush River Rd several times, but no one answered phone. I talked with corporate, but nothing was done. Zaxbys needs to do better before someone gets sick from eating bad food. I really believe that my order had been preserved before and given to me.

This is the second time getting a kickin chicken sandwich here and had to eat it with a fork because the whole plate was covered in sauce.

Since the change in the black and blue salad I've lost interest in eating there. It said had buffalo sauce but my whole salad was swimming in it. I didn't even half. I threw it away.

Just so so food i much prefer canes. And they're pretty much price gouging with their small portions.
