I went to the zaxbys on Lexington road in Georgetown KY and was told my boyfriend would have to wait 20 mins for chicken wings ain't y'all a chicken place so you should probably have chicken all the time right

Will never eat at Zaxby's again. Very nasty experience.

I went to the Zaxbys in Algood Tennessee on Dec 1st at 6pm went thru the drive thru and ordered a Cobb Salad and fries. Got home ate it went to bed later woke up sicker than a dog was sick all night long and again today going to the bathroom . So I called the store spoke to. Kimberly Pardini she was the General Manager explained to her what had happened and she got defiance said that the stomach flu was going around and I probably had that and I said No I didn't get sick until after I ate the salad. I am 65 and disabled. I was so upset because of my sickness and she said this to me so I asked her who the owner was and she said Chris Fuller and that he would call me later . I can't believe this is happening you get sick eating there food and than they blame you. This is not right they should not treat you this way.

Chose to go to Zaxby's for dinner on Sunday, 05.29.2016 at approximately 8pmEST, 1914 Duluth Hwy Lawrenceville GA. Ordered a Fried Cobb Zalad, that should have had four (4) Fried Chicken Fingers, Cucumbers, Tomatoes, Cheddar/ Jack cheese with bacon / boiled eggs and Blue Cheese Dressing. Got home, checked Zalad, the cucumbers, tomatoes, and some of the chicken was missing, the other veggies looked like they had just been thrown on the plate. The green veggies was brown; didn't look fresh! I called to report this to the Manager on duty (Sadie) and she hung up on me, and would not come to the phone when I called back. Eat here at your own risk! The food and customer service may be HORRIBLE!
