Evergreen al...order completely wrong...had to return go inside ...finally got order 2 philly cheese chicken...no onion bepepper or tomatoes....no napkins or ketchup...$20... Never again

Ordered slaw and fries for #2 x2. Got double fries and no slaw. Zaxby's Southwest zalad. Got home and salad was wilted from being at the bottom of the bag with 2 hot plates on top. No forks!! Can't eat outside without FORKS!!! To top it all off chicken and fries so dry can't eat 😞 Window waiter was beyond rude. Order ID# AAAS6LAGG6

Order was wrong

I have a lot of food intolerances and allergies so I like to check online menus before I go anywhere or order something new. Zaxby's new online menu interface makes this impossible because all they want is for you to place an online order. You can no longer look at the items to see what is on them that you may need to hold off. I am personally so put off by this that I will no longer be coming to Zaxby's for anything other than the one thing I know I can have. Please go back to a web format that allows you to actually browse the menu and query what all comes on the different menu items. It is crucial for people like me to navigate different restaurants these days and refusal will just make me want to come here less and less.

Zaxby's what happened to your customer service? You used to be so customer focused and now you your service sucks . I just visited you Dublin GA store and I ordered 10 wings for 13.99 when I asked how many came with them I was flabbergasted when I was told 1 sauce and would have to pay extra for 2 sauces . I decided to speak to manager on duty 3:15 pm on independence day. The manager repeated exactly what I was told by drive though attendant. I asked him if I am spending 14.00 (after taxes) why can't I get one extra sauce. The manager said I would have to be charged extra. Zaxby has lost my business and do not regret my decision. Let me explain it is not about the money it is about the rudeness and arrogance and totally how Zaxby's disregarded me as a human being . There are too many people out here starving and are on fixed incomes .Yet Zaxby's could not find find it in their hearts to give a senior customer a free ranch dip. I hope that my taken time to complain change Zaxby's for the better for others I am done with you Zaxby's done done done !

Went through the drive-thru the people came out to my car and took the order so I couldn't see the sign where the food was so I didn't have any idea what I wanted so I ordered and then when I got up to the sign I seen some other stuff that I wanted and they would not let me add it to my order then they gave me the wrong order or just completely screwed mine up and the line is so long that I can't even get back to the place just a big giant joke Zaxby's in St Petersburg stay away

12 fries and one cut up chicken tender for $8.99 This is supposed to be the loaded chicken bacon ranch fries… Smfh Never again!

Kingsport Zaxby’s has to be the filthiest restaurant I’ve ever eaten at the Kingsport restaurant
