Great trip with Zara tours, especially the guide

Great Service. My family and I had a wonderful safari with Zara Tours.

Zara does a great job, especially for larger groups. We have always been completely satisfied. The Springlands Hotel is a tremendous added benefit! What a great way to begin and end a trek.

Zara Tours was an amazing tour company, we did the Mt. Kilimanjaro hike with Goodlistens as our head guide and had a great experience. The hotel, food, hike accomodations, and customer service was superb and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family!

Zara Tours were amazing. They made everything so easy to get organized and the safari was out of this world. Our driver Paul was very knowledgeable and good company. He was able to spot wildlife at incredible distances and always managed to get us in a great place to see animals really close up. Seeing herds of elephants, lions, giraffes and so so many other animals and birds in beautiful locations was stunning. Standing up in theToyota Land cruiser with the roof pushed up was great fun in itself. The accommodation in tented camps in the middle of the Serengeti and near Ngorongoro crater was great. Hearing hyenas at night in the former and zebras charging around in the latter was unforgettable. Everyone at Zara was so friendly and helpful. Thank you so much.

Zara tours were exceptional with customer service. Everyone was friendly and willing to help in any way they could. Our guides and porters were exemplary in their care and ensuring we were safe happy and never went hungry. Festo Geofery and team were amazing, we loved our trek to the top of Kilimanjaro and were confident we chose the best tour operator. It was a fantastic experience thanks to Zara Tours.

We did a 9 day combination of kilimanjaro and safari. We went in november so we ended up having private experiences for both. On the hike we had silvano and Kennedy for guided and they were absolutely fantastic. The experience was unforgettable and the service was incredible. Then for the safari we had paul and his ability to spot animals and listen to radio communication to find everything for us was fantastic- we saw the big 5! My only partial complaint would be that we ate practically the same lunch for all 9 days and there was no showcasing of local cuisine. Otherwise zara tours was incredible from the moment we showed interest to the moment they dropped us off at the airport.

Zara tours made my summit to Kilimanjaro excellent. They took great care of me from the moment I got off the airplane to the return back from Kili. Our guides Nteze and Tuene made sure that we remained healthy and safe on the entire trip so that we could summit successfully. The entire staff was very friendly and very accommodating. I looked at various tour companies and Zara tours was my choice because of the reasonable price and because of the service that Zara tours gives back to the community.
