First and foremost, Zappy Health is a medical provider—not a pharmacy. We do not compound, distribute, or ship medications. Any issues related to medication compounding were the responsibility of Ousia Pharmacy, a licensed pharmacy we previously partnered with. Upon learning about concerns with their practices, we immediately severed our relationship with them and transitioned to working exclusively with highly reputable pharmacies. To address your claim that we “block members from access” for asking questions: this is categorically false. We do not block or restrict anyone from accessing our forum unless their behavior violates community guidelines, such as harassment or abusive conduct. In fact, as we speak, there are thousands of active members openly discussing their experiences, asking questions, and sharing support within our community. Your claim that we are “hiding” or avoiding customer concerns is also untrue. We are actively responding to thousands of patient inquiries every day, working tirelessly to provide real-time updates, clarify concerns, and support our patients through this challenging time. We urge you to ensure your feedback is fair and accurate, as misleading statements like these can cause unnecessary harm.
