This company is the worst do not waste your money. NO customer service at all, nobody returns calls or answers emails. The "health consultants" if you want to call them that are no help when you tell them the compound is not working, All they care about is your monthly withdrawl, I lost NO weight in 6 months. Kept waiting for it to work....what a joke.

I started semaglutide through Zappy Health a few weeks ago and have been so thankful to be part of their community. They’ve been fast, efficient and very helpful. I got my medication within a few business days! I ordered on Friday after doing my initial consultation and my package arrived by Wednesday! I was so excited and the package came with plenty of supplies and ice packs to keep the medication cold like it needed to be. After the first injection I was feeling a little nauseous so I contacted the staff through the app and they got back to me right away asking what pharmacy to send some medication to. I got it within a few hours! That’s even faster than medications I get sent in from my primary care provider! I also like the 3 month promotion they had when I joined because the cost was a great deal! So glad I went through Zappy Health and even though I’m only on week 2, I feel excited and confident that even through a telehealth platform, there is support and staff and providers that are always reachable.

Customer support is nonexistent. There's no support phone number all communication is online. When reaching out to support for help only option is online or emails. Either way you'll not get any response back. The messaging app they use is pathetic as well. Too much AI and no human interaction. If you have human support please provide the phone number on your web portal. I affirm my initial review. Stay away.

Such an amazing experience! Was able to consult with physician right away and they answered all my questions. So happy with the fast shipping and prompt response when I had questions. Fast shipping and simple process.

Just starting out on this weight loss journey, but so far everything with Zappy Health has been very smooth and great! Communication is easy and helpful and the app and chat makes everything so easy.
